"Just be yourself and don't pretend like you know things that you don't. Their staff is quite educated now, and they will be open to teaching you if you are willing."

What don't you like about working at McLaren Health Care?

"The senior management team seemed to only allow you to advance if it was in their best interest, and not in my personal life."

"To promote the well-being of their staff and allow them to design their own employment pathway."
