"I worked for Margerum Wine Company over the summer (2019) and found it to be a world class boutique winery. The amount of quality wines we made, sold, and moved was astonishing and that surprised me coming from a small winery from the central coast. The only thing I did not appreciate, and this is a life lesson I will always remember, is that my boss (and winemaker) was very angry all of the time and was not constructive in his criticism. Instead of guiding me he yelled at me and the assistant winemaker. I have thick skin; and even this was too much. My co-workers were wonderful though."
