"Some get privileges while others don't The inequality in the workplace runs really high. Some employees get privileges while others don't. Some get pay raises more often than they should, while others don't get any at all. This incident demoralizes employees."
"Having heavy workloads is okay with me but what didn't sit right to me was wearing multiple hats indefinitely. They promised to transfer out other duties once they got someone new for them but that never happened. Worst of all, I wasn't getting paid any extra for doing additional work."
