"The overall workplace environment is friendly. The engineering manager is approachable and tries to work through issues with the engineers. Also they are very friendly regarding "Work from Home" and hours. However there is no documentation, UML, or architecture diagrams for most projects."

"There is not a lot of room for advancement, not enough opportunity to learn new technologies and equipment, and there is a long wait time before any advancement opportunity."

"I would suggest more advancement opportunity, better work tools and equipment, and more advanced troubleshooting experience."
