"Pros: The Company has got a detailed structure in terms of hierarchy and sales procedure, which was extremely helpful in getting things done systematically. Though challenging, the job has got plenty of things to learn. A systematic approach and dedication would make things much easier. Cons: A strict time schedule and stringent HR Policies, could be relaxed a little bit for the benefit of the employees."
