"K-Designers placed no value on their employees personal health and well being. I consistently worked 6 days per week, often exceeding 70 hours per week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have more variations of product. In this economy, only offering the top of the line product doesn't give any room for those with modest means to afford the product they offer. Ownership and senior management drives their people very hard, but doesnt have the product to support the effort their people put into the job."
