Harbor Oaks Behavioral Health Hospital Part-Time Pharmacy Technician

Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc is a pharmacy management company that specializes in behavioral health and drug treatment centers by providing pharmacists, technicians, automation as well as expertise. We are currently seeking a licensed, experienced, hospital trained Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a behavioral health facility in New Baltimore, MI. This is for Part-Time every other weekend position (Saturday-Sunday).

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with Automated Dispensing Machines Preferred.
* Hospital Experience preferred.
* Active registration with Michigan Board of Pharmacy REQUIRED-Please include registration number on Resume.
* National certification preferred.

SKILLS
* Unit dosing of oral medications
* Placing orders with vendors, verifying receipt
* Removing outdated drugs
* Proven experience as pharmacy technician
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Successful completion of a pharmacy technician program preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Physical setting:
* Inpatient
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Rotating weekends
* Weekends as needed



Experience:
* Hospital Pharmacy technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* National Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
* Michigan pharmacy technician license (Required)
