"JCPenney can be a great entry-level environment, but it’s not the best paying job. JCPenney feels like a family however, I feel as though the company should offer higher benefits and more respect to employees. The employees work extremely hard and we often get mistreated or overlooked by the company. The job itself is extremely easy and fun to work, especially with other employees."
