"It's been too long since I left. Measurex had 2400 people when I left. Last I heard there were 10 employees."

"I dislike management incompetence. Other groups were highly political. I left when I was transferred from the ET group to the vision group. My career would have been severely limited had I stayed there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's been so long since I left. At that time they were pushing an overly complicated and buggy product over a basic product that worked well."

"At the time I had much to learn, and my group offered me plenty of opportunities to do so. My group was also very friendly and fun to work with until people started leaving."

"Try to detect any signs of office politics and turf wars."

"As my experience and my responsibilities grew, I began to interact with other groups and experience the proverbial office politics of the place, and I didn't like it."

"I'm not sure if the same situation exists now; it's been over a decade since I worked there."
