What do you like about working at EPE?

"The ability to determine and enact a course for success. There is little if any tell me what to do and I'll do it mentality. My employees are that way as well and there is a good environment of challenging each other to excel. I have the freedom similar to that of a business owner."

What don't you like about working at EPE?

"There is no upward progression possible and the industry has grown quite mature and limited in its offerings."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"View the collection of worldwide facilities as a whole and look to see what each can do for the betterment of the group instead seeing them as individual locations whose success is primarily dependent only on their own local manufacturing facilities."
