"I don't work there anymore."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they could use employee and upper staff meetings more often and then apply the suggestion the employees have. There are alot of hard working people there who really care about their jobs. If you won't listen to them, they are the ones in the fire, then you might miss something very important. Sometimes the best boss is one who can take suggestions and respect those under him as well."
