"they real you in with promises of advancement but too many managers and not enough open spots and constant downsizing makes it hard to move up in the company"

"there is horrible management with way to many levels of management, not enough pay, little to no raises, no cost of living raises, benefits become more and more costly to the employee each year"

"There is no clear direction from senior management, I have no decision making ability all has to funnel up to senior management. Poor work environment and there is little regards for employees unless they are in a high position in the company."
