"The managment system was in constant change so it made it hard to know where to go with issues and was a major cause fo stress."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Talk to you employees if you think that something is wrong then nine times out of ten there is. Also to have an employee suceed in their postion they need to be fully trained."

"Upper management and planning are lacking stability, forsight and planning."

"Get the engineering group out of the office more and open there minds. Add experienced stable managers that are proactive, and give there actions some thought before proceeding."

"Automatically ask for a higher salary since the raises aren't guaranteed to be there in the future."

"I did not like the salary. I did not find it to be a fair salary."

"Not all problems are a direct result of middle/lower management, and being treated like every problem is my fault is very tiring."
