The company offers excellent pay and benefits but at the end of my shift I feel somewhat unsupported and find it difficult working with union employees who have less than par levels of work ethic and integrity. Sadly, the union environment protects that at such a level that work-standard discipline is almost zero thereby decreasing production and the ability to foster a work environment with subordinates."

"If you go into the company as a direct and can walk on water you have a good chance of staying and the work is good, but if you go in as contractor, be prepared to only a 6 month contract and your out the door, but still the work is good if you are good at Combat Vehicles and have a DoD clearance."
