"With most of the programming staff located in Russia and the rest in Los Angeles, the artists split between Russia, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and the QA and customer support in-house at the Los Angeles office, it requires coordination to get things done. The people are great, usually easy to work with, though sometimes the passions to improve the game create a bit of tension, but it all works. This is a growing company, and is experiencing some of the usual growing pains."
