"I've worked for AMEX / Serve for 6 months and the place has an excellent work environment, the people are top notch, management is a bit of a stickler about following chain of command but overall open minded and helpful. Protocol some times trumps efficiency, but hey... It's a financial institution!I would recommend it to a friend!"
