"Andora was a very very small outsource marketing company. It was only the owner and his two friends and I was their first hire. Being such a small company meant that it was a lot of responsibility, very quickly. I suggest a job similar to this for someone who is looking to learn and grow fast but can also handle the pressure of constantly being thrown into the fire and self-learning."
