"Ha Ha. They didn't listen... that was my job to watch them screw it up and then have to clean it up and keep my mouth shut too. HATED IT!!"

"It was a good company to work for, I wish I was still with them but they were sold to Chase."

"That it grew too quickly, it started as a friendly company that cared about their customers and employees, they began to be more concerned about money and fees, which is okay but it needed more of a plan."

"Look at a bigger picture and grow into that plan."

"I worked for WaMU since 1997 and had many opportunities for growth and advancement. I believe during my tenure that I learned a lot, grew tremendously, was mentored by various areas of management. The company treated their employees very well and treated them professionally."

"WaMu is no longer in existence and was taken over by Chase. I didn't have an opportunity to work for Chase Bank."

"Towards the end of the company's demise, the unsurety and uncertainty of job security."
