"I enjoy working with my colleagues. They have kept me at HitachI for a long period of time. The work culture is generally good and the company is very stable."

"Be sure to ask about PTO time and salary before going too far."

What don't you like about working at Hitachi?

"Company reacts too slowly to issues. Problems take too long to be solved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"React quickly and take the lead to close issues when necessary. Increase your sense or urgency."

"This could be an excellent place for a hardware engineer. I would push more for advancement, if I went back there."

What do you like about working at Hitachi?

"I was able to do some design modifications. I learned ORCAD PSPICE very well. I did some very productive design and development work. I got some excellent experience there."

"Make sure that there is really a position open that they need to fill."

What don't you like about working at Hitachi?

"I had some lag time inbetween projects that was unproductive. If I went back there, I would push to make sure there was no lag time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please make sure that I have enough work to do. I should always have assigned work. Perhaps there should be due dates that are negotiable if necessary."
